Pros and Cons

Dell Vostro 14 3405

Strengths

It has enough USB ports, it has 3 which is normal.
The bezels are thin, this at least and all the devices have thin bezels and that is very good.
The anti-reflective screen has a good brightness, and well, those screens have a good degrees of vision towards the screen.
It has three USB ports, which is a standard feature in modern laptops.

Weaknesses

The way of cooling is a bit bad because it let the temperature go up to 98° a lot.
The storage activity indicator LED is missing, we don't have it anywhere, we don't know when the equipment is working.
The charger's LED light is limited and does not indicate another color or state, such as when it's charging or fully charged.
When I first started using it, the fan was very loud and got hot, but it stabilized after a few minutes.

Asus Chromebook CR11

Strengths

The Asus CR1 has a rugged build that's designed to withstand the classroom environment, making it perfect for education-focused use.
The keyboard is spill-resistant and features medium-travel keys that are nice to type on.
The performance with the Intel Celeron N4500 processor is decent for general usage and basic gaming.
The battery life is well-balanced and allows you to easily pass your usual benchmark of a full day's use before needing to charge.
The dual USBC ports allow for easy charging on either side of your desk, and the small puck-style charging brick is convenient.
The build quality, including the grippy rubber top and bottom as well as the bumpers, feels premium and sturdy.

Weaknesses

The TN screen has limited viewing angles and vividness compared to IPS screens.
The screen only goes back 180 degrees, making it non-convertible.
The palm rest area is made of smooth plastic that feels a little cheap.
The speakers are not the loudest for a Chromebook of this size, although they're not the worst either.
There's no privacy shutter on the webcam.
The keyboard keys have a medium travel, which might be too shallow for some users' preferences.
