Quad speakers produce rich sound with good bass and mids.
Good price point compared to XPS 13 Plus.

Weaknesses

Performance is about half the performance of the XPS 13 Plus due to the U-series processor.
Integrated iris xe graphics are not great, won't blow you away.
Lack of ports can be annoying for some users.
No headphone jack might be a deal breaker for some users.
Battery life is down from last year's model (52Wh vs 51Wh).
Performance issues when benchmarking the device.
