Pros and Cons

GIGABYTE AERO 17 HDR

Strengths

The laptop is stable in a way that some of the previous Aros that I've reviewed haven't been.
It's thin, it's light, and getting better-looking.
The horsepower in here and the cooling are super impressive.
The 4k display on this is very nice.
The keyboard has RGB key backlighting, although not perfect, makes up for it with good performance.
Battery life is pretty good, with about 6 hours of usage

Weaknesses

No secondary keys are backlit which can be a bit annoying
Keyboard's travel is short, not ideal for heavy typing users
Speakers don't have much base and would benefit from using external speakers or headphones.
Priced on the expensive side but you get good stuff for your money.
Multimedia keys are not backlit which can be a minor inconvenience.
The trackpad's sister keys ( multimedia/secondary keys) are not backlit, making them hard to see when using with RGB backlight.

HP ENVY x360 16

Strengths

Absolut fantastic all day battery life
Well-controlled temperatures, stays dead silent most of the time with an active thermal solution
Great typing experience with medium-sized keys and nice spacing between them
Nice simple elegant looking minimalistic keyboard design
Smooth surface individual keys
Backlit keyboard with three settings: high, low, and off
Good key travel and recoil as you press each key

Weaknesses

No mention of any temperature issues or overheating
The fan noise can be loud when the laptop is under heavy load
No discussion on the performance of the Intel Core Ultra U series processor
Some users might find the keyboard layout a bit cramped for their liking
No mention of any potential issues with the trackpad's responsiveness
