Pros and Cons

Google Pixel 5

Strengths

The screen isn't a bad taste being a 6-in flexible 1080p OLED that of course has a 90 HZ refresh rate.
The camera hole punch honestly wasn't noticeable in my daily usage and videos look nice on the screen though it does get normal bright not super bright Gilla glass on here.
8 GB of RAM on this phone is more than enough for anything you throw at it and way better than the four and 6 GB pixels that came before this one.
The USBC 3.1 Port allowing for decent transfer speeds when you do fill up that 128 GB storage and want to connect to your computer.

Google Pixel 5

The Google Pixel 5 is an outdated smartphone with old specs and styling, yet it still manages to impress. Despite its age, the phone's fingerprint scanner, compact size, and unlimited compressed Google photo storage make it an attractive option for those who value these features. While the processor may not be the fastest, and the storage is limited to 128GB, the 8GB of RAM is more than sufficient for most users. The 6-inch flexible 1080p OLED display with a 90Hz refresh rate is still nice, but it's not super bright. The camera hole punch is unobtrusive in daily usage and videos look good on the screen. One of the biggest drawbacks is the speaker, which is terrible, especially during phone calls. Using headphones or earbuds is highly recommended to get decent sound out of this phone. The Pixel 5 may not be the best choice for those who want the latest specs, but it's perfect for those who want a small phone with a compact size and don't want to give up everything they need from their smartphone. In contrast to newer models, the Pixel 4a is almost as good for around the same price in the used market. Ultimately, the Pixel 5 is not for everyone, but it's definitely worth considering if you value its unique features. While it may be outdated, the phone still has a lot to offer and doesn't feel dramatically improved by newer models like the Pixel 6. If you want a reliable and compact smartphone with all the basics covered, the Pixel 5 is a good choice.

Ulefone Armor 27T Pro 5G

The Ulefone Armor 27T Pro 5G is a rugged smartphone that packs a punch with its feature-rich design and impressive specs. The phone's performance is smooth, even with demanding tasks like multitasking and gaming. The camera system is capable of capturing excellent images in various lighting conditions, including thermal imaging. However, the display's harsh white light can be overwhelming, but using dark mode and night light helps mitigate this issue. The phone also boasts a range of useful features, such as an outdoor tools app with measuring tools, an app freezer that lets you disable non-system apps, and an anti-theft mode that enables a floating button to quickly access security settings. The phone's battery life is respectable, lasting up to 5 days on moderate use. While the Ulefone Armor 27T Pro 5G has its strengths, it also has some drawbacks. The Dura Speed feature, which limits background app usage, can be annoying and difficult to manage. Additionally, activating certain features, like anti-theft mode and anti-peep display mode, requires navigating through settings menus. Overall, the Ulefone Armor 27T Pro 5G is a good phone with impressive specs and features, but its performance and design have some areas for improvement. If you're looking for a rugged smartphone with advanced capabilities, this device might be worth considering, but be prepared to make some compromises on battery life and feature usability.
