Pros and Cons

Honor 50 Lite

Strengths

It's a fantastic price for the kind of device you're getting, especially since it looks pretty good as well.
You get a very unique look here at the back straight up it looks like aluminum so I think that looks pretty cool
The LCD display is one of the best in the market right now with strong brightness levels and contrast levels are especially good for an LCD panel like this
The price point of under 1000 ringgit is very special, offering a great value for money
You can't really compare it to the cheapest phones in the market but you're actually getting a pretty solid build quality device here
The camera performance is decent, taking good pictures in the day and night with no major complaints
The fast charging support of 66 watt is still fairly fast despite not being the fastest

Weaknesses

It's being powered by an outdated Snapdragon 662 processor which can feel slow through day-to-day use
Performance is somewhat lacking, especially considering today's standards
Pillar shape cut out at the top left corner can look a bit awkward with only one selfie camera
The macro lens and depth sensor are not very useful in most scenarios
Haptics system is normal and unimpressive for a budget device like this
Performance may be compromised by an outdated processor, which might be frustrating for some users
You can't expect it to be very high performing, especially since the price point is under 1000 ringgit

Ulefone Armor 15

Strengths

The phone has built-in wireless earbuds that connect automatically when removed from the phone.
The earbuds sound pretty good, getting fairly loud with a lot of bass (although they don't support active noise cancellation or transparency mode).
The phone's speakers are also quite loud and face you when holding the device.
The phone has a customizable key that can open any application.
The fingerprint scanner is fast and reliable.
The phone supports NFC payments with Google Pay.
The price of the phone is inexpensive, making it hard to criticize its limitations.

Weaknesses

The screen doesn't get very bright, making it difficult to see outside.
The phone's CPU (Mediatek G35) is not fast, resulting in slower app loading and performance.
The phone's camera quality is decent at best, but not exceptional.

Honor 50 Lite

The Honor 50 Lite is an intriguing device that has piqued our interest with its affordable price point in Malaysia. With a 999 ringgit tag, this smartphone packs an impressive 8GB RAM and 128GB internal storage, making it a fantastic value for those seeking a reliable device without breaking the bank. The sleek silver design and quad-camera setup at the back promise decent performance, but can it deliver on its promises? Let's dive into our review to find out.

Ulefone Armor 15

The Ulefone Armor 15 is a rugged smartphone that boasts impressive features at an affordable price. The device's design is unique, with two rubber flaps on top that conceal built-in wireless earbuds. These earbuds connect to the phone and can be used for hands-free calls, music streaming, and more. They are always charged and stored within the phone, eliminating the need for a separate charging case. The Armor 15 has a 5.45-inch IPS screen with a 720p resolution, which is decent but not exceptional. The device's performance is powered by the Mediatek G35 CPU, paired with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. While it's capable of running most applications, it's not the fastest phone on the market, with an Antutu score of around 130,000. The camera setup includes a main camera, ultra-wide camera, and selfie camera, but don't expect high-quality images from these cameras. The phone also features an NFC chip for contactless payments and a GPS unit that takes a few seconds to find your location. While the Armor 15 has some impressive features, such as its wireless earbuds and speakers, it's not the fastest or most powerful smartphone out there. However, considering its affordable price, it's hard to criticize it too harshly. Overall, the Ulefone Armor 15 is a solid choice for those looking for a rugged phone with unique features at an budget-friendly price.
