Pros and Cons

HP ProBook 630 G8

Strengths

HP Pro Book 630 G8 is a laptop that comes out of the box on the go ready for 1080p video editors, photographers, and designers.
It has a solid 10 hours of battery life for productivity tasks and about six to seven hours of design and editing battery life.
The keyboard and trackpad are truly incredible making this laptop so comfortable to use.
The HP Pro Book 630 G8 handled itself well attaining a 1438 on the single core benchmark placing it almost at the top of my charts which is really impressive for this laptop.
It's strong in single app performance, ideal for apps like Photoshop, web browsing, productivity tasks, and so on.
The Intel graphics are very optimized for Premiere Pro, not as optimized for DaVinci Resolve, but still deliver decent export times.
The HP Pro Book 630 G8 has a low noise level during idle, around 37 to 40 decibels, and about 47 decibels during intensive tasks.
It's a great option for those who want to edit video in 1080p with a solid performance at an affordable price.

Weaknesses

The laptop has a lower color gamut range, which might be a concern for some users, especially graphic designers and photographers.
It may struggle with GPU-intensive tasks like 3D modeling or 8K video editing due to its integrated graphics.
The battery life is decent but not exceptional, lasting around 10 hours for productivity tasks and 6-7 hours for design and editing.
Export times in DaVinci Resolve can be slower compared to other laptops with dedicated GPUs.
The HP Pro Book 630 G8 may not be the best choice for those who want to edit video in 4K or do heavy GPU-intensive tasks.
It's not ideal for users who require high-end performance and features, but it's still a solid option for everyday use.
The laptop may not have the latest and greatest hardware specs, which might make it less appealing to some buyers.
The lower color gamut range means that users will need to consider purchasing an external monitor with accurate colors if they want precise color grading.
