Strengths

gorgeous enough looking quality build
Intel meteor Lake for 2024 is a good performer
the display on this is just so nice
the pen is included in the Box, take that Microsoft Surface for example
the keyboard on this is very tactile

Weaknesses

laptops with OLED displays usually don't have the best battery life unless you're displaying black all the time and those pixels are all turned off
the silver model will show up fingerprints and dust if touched often
the humongous trackpad may not be to everyone's taste
RAM is soldered on board, limiting upgrade options
Wi-Fi 7 is still a relatively new technology and not many people are using it yet

HP EliteBook X G1a

Strengths

HP hit a home run... they got it right with the displays
Great keyboard, great build quality, great design
Excellent camera on it as well so if you do a lot of video conferencing and stuff like that this certainly will get the job done
This is the best performing 14-inch business laptop on the market as far as Windows is concerned

Weaknesses

The only thing that's a negative here obviously is the big price... it's definitely uh sign of the times this is not just specific to this laptop but the Dell's came in high far as business laptops lenovo's thinkpads are high right now everything is High
The ram is uh soldered into the motherboard obviously with this but it's not upgradeable by the user
It's definitely uh sign of the times... you're going to pay a premium right now so that is just something you'll have to deal with
