Pros and Cons

HP ZBook Firefly 16 G11

Strengths

The HP ZBook Firefly 16 G11 has good performance with the Intel i5-135h CPU and the Intel Arc RTX A500 combo, making it suitable for productivity 2D and light 3D workloads.
It has a large and sturdy chassis with plenty of hard drive display options to meet various needs.
The keyboard is excellent with tactile spaced out keys perfect for rapid touch typing and the glass touchpad is smooth and ideal for long periods.
The laptop has good upgradability and IO options, including two fast Thunderbolt ports, two USB type-A ports, and an HDMI port.

Weaknesses

The HP ZBook Firefly 16 G11 is a big and bulky laptop compared to its 14-in siblings due to the larger screen and additional keypad.
It uses slower USB type-A ports instead of faster USB 3.2 Gen 2 ports, which is a drawback in an expensive mobile workstation.
The base model starts at $1,380 or $1,757, overlapping into its cousins the HP ZBook Power G11 and the EliteBook 860 G11 with similar pricing and specs, making it harder to choose between them.
It's not ideal for users who need dedicated graphics options, as the RTX A500 is limited by low 4 GB gddr6 memory, and its performance was worse in our benchmarks compared to the integrated Intel Arc 8 core GPU.

HP ENVY 16

Strengths

It's a pretty good deal too, it's more on the fair scale rather than like a budget alternative
There's a massive touchpad on the bottom very accurate to use lots of space feels great when you click on it
The display is definitely one of the stars of the show it is a 4K OLED panel unfortunately it's 60 hertz but the color gamut is good the color accuracy is good and the screen brightness is okay
You do have Windows hello to log you in now my skin he was the I9 12900h but you can buy it with the i7 12700h
Fan noise is pretty good like you can put this on performance mode and the loudest it's going to get is 52 decibels
Heat management was fantastic on this laptop and obviously power throttles a lot in order to keep the temps down

Weaknesses

It's a little heavy at five pounds, which might not be ideal for everyone
The hinge can be a bit wobbly, which can be annoying when trying to use the laptop on a uneven surface
I wouldn't waste my money on the i9 version I would probably stick to the i7 instead if you're buying this for Content creation the Intel CPU is preferred over AMD because of quick sync
Intel's Arc gpus are not as powerful plus they're full of a lot of bugs right now that I don't think will get ironed out for a while
The battery life could be better, it gave me about four to five hours of use before needing to charge
I wouldn't recommend buying the 4K version save yourself the money get the 2K version instead
