Pros and Cons

HP ZBook Fury 15 G7

Strengths

Fantastic upgrades with almost desktop-like upgrade options at its disposal, three storage options, and four memory slots for potential 128GB of fast DDR4 memory and 10TB of storage hardware configurations.
A multitude of hardware configuration options available, including a Xeon W10885n processor, 128GB of memory option for four M.2 drives, 4K DreamColor display panel, NVIDIA Quadro RTX 5000 graphics, and 4G LTE mobile broadband card.
Excellent thermals with the device staying cool even during heavy workloads.
A plethora of ports available, including two Thunderbolt 3 ports, Mini DisplayPort, HDMI, USB Type-A ports, Ethernet, and two types of card readers.
The display panel is excellent with good colors and brightness.
A good set of speakers provided a decent audio experience.
A full-size keyboard with a comfortable typing experience.
HP has provided excellent security features, including fingerprint sensor for login authentication, Kensington lock integrated webcam cover for privacy, and integrated TPM 2.0 security chip.

Weaknesses

Battery life is short, lasting around 4-5 hours with general light usage and around 2.5 hours with heavy work.
The device is bulky in size and heavy to carry around.
Expensive, with the base model starting from around £2000 or $2500 and easily exceeding £10,000 or $12,500 with top-of-the-line configurations.
Battery life takes a massive hit when using the 4K panel instead of the Full HD model.
The device is not designed for portability and is best suited to be used at a desk all day with a Thunderbolt 3 dock to external monitors.
The device is thick and heavy, making it difficult to move around or carry in a backpack.
Gaming performance is limited due to the Quadro T2000 GPU not featuring ray tracing and tensor cores compared to NVIDIA RTX cards.
Priced out of reach for many consumers, with the top-of-the-line configurations easily exceeding £10,000 or $12,500.

HP OmniBook X Flip

Strengths

The Kraken Point is nice, I like it.
Latticeless keyboards have been excellent for typing out documents, emails, and the like.
They are back lit, so if you want to get it worked on an airplane or or in a dimly lit environment, you definitely can do that.
The pens work very well.
Excellent choices, especially as we're going back to school.
