Pros and Cons

HP ZBook Power G7

Strengths

Delicious display: The IPS Full HD 400 nits display panel is the peak of the bunch, gorgeous vivid colors, excellent viewing angles, and a bright screen for outdoor usage.
Incredible value for price: Of £1229 or $1680 plus taxes, the ZBook Power G7 has everything you need and more top-end hardware specs to get through heavy tasks and great upgrade options.
Pay the extra £80 for the Quattro T1000 over the much weaker Quattro P620 GPU: This compact dimensions of the ZBook Power G7 strikes a good balance in fairly slim workstation dimensions but keeps thermals in check with the power-consuming CPU and GPU specs.
Excellent battery life: Battery life is solid at around 8 to 9 hours with general usage like web surfing, YouTube music streaming, Google Docs, heavy demanding CAD and 3D work.
Easy upgrade options: Two SODIMM slots for up to 64GB of DDR4 memory and two M.2 NVMe drives allowing you to easily and cheaply upgrade when you need it.
Enterprise level build with a three-year warranty

Weaknesses

No Quattro RTX options: If you need more graphical power, the Power G7 is not available with the high-performance Quattro RTX GPUs but is instead limited to the Quattro T2000, T1000, or P620 GPUs.
Average audio quality
Limited Thunderbolt 3 port: HP have limited the Power G7 with one Thunderbolt 3 port whereas it's more expensive cousins, the Fury Studio and Create G7, have two Thunderbolt 3 ports.
Poor webcam quality
Noisy speakers if you're trying to listen to a tutorial video or music streaming
Limited GPU options compared to competitors

Strengths

The lid also opens up with one hand showcasing the thin bezels that surround the full HD display
There's a privacy shutter however it's not manual like we usually prefer
The keyboard is island-style with Long Key travel and clicky feedback, also Spill resistant

A full HD display is actually a full HD Plus display with a taller 1610 aspect ratio, its viewing angles are excellent, peak brightness of 473 nits, contrast ratio is very high at 1760:1
