Pros and Cons

Lenovo 300e Chromebook Gen 3

Strengths

The build quality is great, with an all-plastic ABS build that feels tough and well-made.
The rechargeable USI stylus pen is great to have, and the fact that it's garage in the Chromebook makes it convenient and easy to use.
The performance of the AMD 3015c processor is decent for most normal tasks, and the battery life is good, lasting up to 10.8 hours according to Lenovo's tests.
The 11.6-inch IPS HD screen is bright enough for indoor use, although the bezels might be a bit large.

Weaknesses

The weight of the Chromebook is around 1.31 kg (2.89 pounds), which is not the lightest.
The speakers are not the best in terms of quality, but they do feel loud enough.
The Celeron N4500 processor might be a better option for some users, although benchmark tests suggest that there may not be a huge real-world difference compared to the AMD 3015c processor.
Some users might find the keyboard and trackpad to be just okay, although they are still very well-made.

HP did an excellent job in terms of design and build quality, especially at this price point.
The touchscreen performance on this panel has been very good considering its price point.
The display offers decent brightness levels for the most part, although some images look washed out compared to other panels I've tested.
Typing on this keyboard has been pretty good considering its small footprint and size is it a very good keyboard know but who would expect that an 11-in laptop
The trackpad on this laptop has been phenomenal whether browsing the web or navigating the Windows 8 menu.
Battery life has been good, with around 3-4 hours of usage on a single charge.
The Beats Audio speakers sound pretty impressive for their size and once you get The Equalizer adjusted you'll enjoy enjoy the sound quality from these speakers

Weaknesses

Some images look washed out compared to other panels I've tested.
The brightness levels on this LED backlit display were not as good as expected.
The ergonomics in tablet mode were not as comfortable compared to the Lenovo Yoga series.
I wish HP made the bezels on the top and bottom line up together that would have made it more comfortable than using tablet mode
For light duty games, you can expect to play titles like Counterstrike World of Warcraft and Minecraft on low settings, but not many high-end games like Call of Duty and Battlefield 4.
The key travel is decent, but not impressive for an Island-style keyboard.
Fan noise was only noticeable during heavy usage.
The Intel penum n3520 processor may not be suitable for more demanding tasks or games.
