Pros and Cons

Lenovo ThinkPad L14 Gen 5

Strengths

It's not everything completely top of the line, but this thing is actually really nice great CPU in here yeah it's a couple Generations Z but it's still very very capable
The igpu in here is also very good the 680m igpu fantastic you can spec it out with a slightly lower CPU in here but I mean it's still fantastic regardless I definitely go for the highest if you can afford it
RAM in here is upgradeable right so I was able ble to take this up to 24 GB of RAM relatively easy
The design of the laptop is nice I mean you get that think pad design here nice and sturdy really really nice looking the black here different type of plastic they have a few different Plastics this one is actually not too bad for fingerprints realistically you should be able to wipe them off uh you do get that nice lid there as well really really nice nice hinges and everything
The speakers are very good, I think this ThinkPad has the best ThinkPad speakers I've ever used

Weaknesses

It's not everything completely top of the line in here this is just the L lineup which is supposed to be one of their more budget offerings
The CPU is a couple Generations Z, while still capable, it may not be the most up-to-date option
The screen is only 1200p however the pixel density is still pretty good and the other thing is it's 100% srgb on the screen here so really nice colors for a budget think pad
Wi-Fi is soldered, which might be a drawback for some users
There are no specific cons mentioned in the text, but the general feeling is that this laptop is more of an entry-level option

HP OMEN MAX 16

Strengths

It has a really nice 16-inch OLED display, 240 Hz refresh rate, G-Sync support.
A refreshed design with a sturdy build, although it does collect fingerprints.
Powerful CPU GPU combination
Serial lattice keyboard is really nice
Versatile power profiles and good port selection (although missing an SD card reader)
It has a 1080p IR camera for face recognition and studio effects

Weaknesses

It's very expensive, with a price of $28.49.99 over at Best Buy
The design collects fingerprints, which might be a concern for some users
Missing an SD card reader in the port selection
The speakers are decent but could be a bit louder
The price is still high even after the reduction by $400 (now $37.89.99)
It's missing some tweaks to make it perfect, according to the reviewer
