A very interesting and powerful workstation
Bright sharp 4k display
Excellent keyboard with tactile feedback and good key travel
Good battery life with its 94 watt hour battery, up to 9 hours of continuous web surfing test over Wi-Fi at 115
Excellent touchpad with two-finger scrolling
Trackpoint responsive as well
Optional 5G and great array of ports

Weaknesses

Big and bulky, weighing nearly eight pounds
720p webcam is lacking
Not perfect for everyday users, but rather specialized towards professional applications
Price tag may be a concern, starting at around $1800
Stereo speakers are lacking in basic sound quality
Display's brightness can make it hot to the touch
Mobile workstation may not be as portable as expected

Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Extreme Gen 3

Strengths

The ThinkPad still has a better keyboard, no surprise.
It's extremely light and powerful, one of my favorite mobile workstations.
Battery life is decent, especially with the IPS Full HD options (5-6 hours).
Ventilation is good and speaker grills are present.

Weaknesses

The Core i7 v Pro configuration with OLED display might not have super duper battery life.
CPU core temperatures can go up into the 90s when pushing hard, making it toasty.
There's no surprise that ThinkPad has better keyboards, but XPS 15 is still a great option for those who want metal cladding and good aesthetics.
The bottom cover requires some effort to remove (Phillips head screws), which might be frustrating for some users.
