Pros and Cons

Lenovo ThinkPad X13 Gen 4

Strengths

its almost full-size keyboard with a comfortable touchpad for the compact size of the laptop
the incredible lightweight of the laptop weighing only 2.4 pounds, perfect for travel and great for those always on the move
a fully functional touch screen display that is pretty good and responsive to input
the battery life on the x13 lasts long enough to be good enough and charges back up in a respectable speed

Weaknesses

while the display is pretty good, I can't imagine graphic designers or product designers using this laptop as the vibrancy and sharpness just isn't quite up to par for someone who would be in figma or photoshop all day long
the camera was slow to load for me though and had problems adjusting in bright lights
I wish the trackpad was a little larger, but given that the majority of users probably will have a mouse paired to this device it's acceptable for travel and on the go
the starting price of about one thousand dollars might be considered high by some users

Dell XPS 14 9440

Strengths

This thing is going to be plenty fast for anybody that uses it.
It does the XPS line Justice, a fabulous computer!
Memory on this thing is baked in, but you can upgrade the storage which is nice.
The IO is fantastic with micro SD card, USB 3, TR rrr r s Jack and additional two Thunderbolt ports.
You get all day of practical use with the battery life
The XPS line has always been one Cut Above the Inspiron line, it's Dell's premium line
It's a great computer, not bad and I would absolutely recommend it to anybody looking for a high-end fabulous 14in laptop

Weaknesses

This thing is just kind of hindered a little bit compared to other computers.
I'm struggling by how much better than an inspir on this is for literally like two or three times the cost
It's not the thinnest lightest most best engineered product, made however of some very premium materials
You can't upgrade the memory but you can upgrade the storage which might be a con for some users.
The hinge feels great it's robust and strong, but that's expected from a high-end laptop like this.
It doesn't have any features that make it stand out significantly from other laptops
Compared to Apple MacBook Pro m4s or 13.6 in MacBook Air it's not necessarily the better option
