Pros and Cons

Lenovo ThinkPad X13 Gen 4

Strengths

its almost full-size keyboard with a comfortable touchpad for the compact size of the laptop
the incredible lightweight of the laptop weighing only 2.4 pounds, perfect for travel and great for those always on the move
a fully functional touch screen display that is pretty good and responsive to input
the battery life on the x13 lasts long enough to be good enough and charges back up in a respectable speed

Weaknesses

while the display is pretty good, I can't imagine graphic designers or product designers using this laptop as the vibrancy and sharpness just isn't quite up to par for someone who would be in figma or photoshop all day long
the camera was slow to load for me though and had problems adjusting in bright lights
I wish the trackpad was a little larger, but given that the majority of users probably will have a mouse paired to this device it's acceptable for travel and on the go
the starting price of about one thousand dollars might be considered high by some users

HP ZBook Firefly 14 G10

Strengths

Excellent HP DreamColor display with QHD+ resolution and 120Hz Dynamic refresh rate.
Good battery life, up to 8 hours and 10 minutes on PC Mark 10 modern office battery test, with a slight improvement over last year's model.
Outstanding quad speakers for excellent audio, making it one of the best mobile workstations in this regard.
Portable design with optional 4G LTE or 5G connectivity
Lots of ports available and upgradable RAM and SSD
Excellent keyboard with good tactility, key travel, and multi-level backlight

Weaknesses

No OLED option available for the display
Performance could be better, especially considering it's a mobile workstation
No SD card reader is mentioned as a drawback
The device can get expensive, although discounts are available for bulk purchases from HP
Fan noise under heavy load in Performance mode can be noticeable (47-48 decibels)
Surface temperatures do heat up slightly during heavy use
