Pros and Cons

Motorola Moto G10

Strengths

The back of the Moto G10 looks and feels very nice indeed.
It's probably one of the best budget smartphones ever released.
The build quality of this phone certainly isn't £100 for us, it's more like maybe three or four hundred pounds.
The camera on this phone is incredibly good and it's probably one of the best cameras I have ever seen on this lower price phone.
The night sight on the camera is incredibly good as well.
The charging speed of the phone is also good and you can basically run this phone all day every day without giving up on you.
The battery definitely delivers excellent battery life.
The build quality of this phone is one of the best features of it, it feels extremely solid in hands and it feels like a premium phone.

Weaknesses

The case is all plastic as you would expect on such a cheap phone.
I still can't figure out if the edges are some kind of plastic or actually metal.
The macro camera is pretty bad but still way better than for example Nokia cameras.
You might not get the best performance with a 10 watt charger, a better charger would make it charge faster.
There's zero indication that you can bend this phone even if you try to twist it in a way.
I wouldn't say all the other cameras are the best but they're actually quite usable
You don't get the best performance with this phone compared to flagship phones like Google Pixel.
The macro camera is not the best, but still better than Nokia.

Motorola Moto G24

Strengths

The battery life is a real selling proposition for the Moto G24, with it handling its battery over a day's usage decently.
The camera on the Moto G24 is a little bit better than the go4 model.
The Moto G24 has a 5,000 mAh battery which is average in today's standards, but handled well by the phone.
The speaker and microphone are fine for calls and watching video, well within the scope of what you'd need for clear phone calls.
The Moto G24 packs decent value for money, especially considering its slightly better camera and distinctly better battery compared to the go4 model.

Weaknesses

The Moto G24 sits in an awkward position between the cheaper go4 and the g34 models, making it hard to recommend over them.
The phone's battery is not particularly fast when charging via USBC, requiring a charger overnight to be fully charged.
The camera on the Moto G24 is only slightly better than the go4 model, which may not be enough of an upgrade for some users.
The phone does not have any additional selling points beyond its battery life and slightly improved camera compared to the go4 model.
The Moto G24's price point may make it hard to justify over other budget smartphones that offer similar specs at a lower cost.
