Pros and Cons

realme GT 6T

Strengths

The Realme GT60 is one of the best phones in its segment, with a build that feels sleeker than it actually is, making it comfortable to hold.
The battery life is excellent, with most days ending with about 40% left in the tank, and even on aggressive usage days, there's still 20-30% left.
The included 120W charger gets you from 0 to 50% in just 10 minutes and a full charge in about 25 minutes.
The chip inside, Snapdragon 7 Plus Gen 3, provides close-to-flagship-level performance, with great numbers on the Realme GT60.
The display is excellent, with an LTPo AMOLED panel that looks good for playing games, reading text, scrolling through social media, and watching high-content video.

Weaknesses

The plastic back of the phone is prone to picking up fingerprints, making it look ugly.
The case that comes with the phone has a lip around the camera array that makes it look ugly, but also prevents the phone from wobbling when set down on a surface without the case.
There's some bloat in Realme UI 5, but it can be uninstalled and some notifications might need to be disabled.
The secondary camera sensor is an 8MP IMX 355 Sony sensor that lacks detail compared to the primary camera sensor.
There's a slight bit of skin smoothening going on with the selfie camera, which isn't too bad but still noticeable.

OnePlus 12

Strengths

The OnePlus 12 has a larger battery capacity, up to 5400 mAh hours
The phone features a QHD display with a 120 Hz refresh rate and Gorilla Glass Victus 2 protection
The cameras have been upgraded, with a new 50 MP main camera and a 64 MP telephoto cam
The phone supports HDR for photos in the gallery
The display is extra sharp with a pixel density of 510 PPI
The bezel surrounding the display are nicely slim too
The phone has support for high frame rate gaming
The interface of the phone is OnePlus's Oxygen OS 14 on top of Android 14

Weaknesses

The ingress protection is only IP65 rated, not full dust proofing and protection against submersion
The phone's design seems to be almost identical to the previous model
The CPU benchmark scores are lower than expected, especially in default performance mode
The phone's battery life could be better with an overall active use score of 14 hours and 11 minutes
The phone's video recording quality isn't as good as on other camera phones
The telephoto cam has a tendency to produce photos with less than ideal exposure
The ultra wide camera can produce desaturated colors in some outdoor scenes
The ingress protection is not up to par with the iPhone 15 plus and Google pixel 8 Pro
