Pros and Cons

realme GT Neo 5

Strengths

The Realme GT Neo 5 has a very unique design, with a transparent area to the right of the camera module that allows you to faintly see the Snapdragon A+ G1 chip inside.
It has a super low price compared to other phones in its range, making it an excellent value for money.
The phone's charging speed is incredibly fast, with 240W charging capabilities that can fully charge the battery in just 9 minutes.
The GT Neo 5 has a surprisingly good gaming performance, even with a down-clocked version of the Snapdragon A+ G1 chip.
It also features an infrared emitter and a 25-color RGB light ring that acts as a notification light.
The phone's display is excellent, with a 1240p screen from TEMA and a refresh rate of up to 144Hz.
The GT Neo 5 has a true macro lens camera that can be used as a microscope to take interesting photos.

Weaknesses

The main camera performance is not the best, with occasional blurry shots when zooming in too much.
The ultra-wide camera only records at 1080p 30fps and lacks image stabilization, leading to shaky footage.
There's a ghosting bug when using the auto mode for video recording with the ultra-wide camera.
The battery capacity is smaller than some other phones in its range, despite the fast charging capabilities.
The phone's design may not appeal to everyone, with a unique look that might be off-putting to some users.
The GT Neo 5 doesn't have any significant advantages over other mid-range phones in terms of camera quality or battery life.
The phone's charging speed is so fast that it requires careful handling of the charger to avoid overheating.

realme 14 Pro

Strengths

The color changing design is quite interesting, even if it's a gimmick over time. It feels much better than last year's Real Mi 13 Pro Plus or Xiaomi's Redmi Note 14 Pro Plus for that matter.
It has a solid premium and robust design, military standard A10 Edge compliant, shock resistant, and has all kinds of IP ratings like IP66, IP68, and ip69, which is a first in Realme's mid-range phone.
The display on this thing is nice too, with good color reproduction, touch response, and everything else. It has high PWM dimming, 120Hz refresh rate, works well, and the higher 1.5k resolution makes everything look sharp and RIS.
It also has a huge 6,000 mAh battery that easily gets over eight hours of screen on time with this phone, so 1.5 days of battery life plus it charges pretty fast like within 55 minutes with its 8wat charger.
The camera performance is decent, with good color reproduction and sharpness in images. The primary lens does a fantastic job during nighttime too, with nice details and exposure management.

Weaknesses

It's not the most balanced mid-range phone mainly because of its average performance and a lack of a good Ultra wide lens.
The ultra-wide camera has an average resolution (8 megapixel) that results in average ultra-wide angle images during daytime as well as night, and you cannot shoot 4K videos with it.
You have to settle for 1080p video recording when switching from the primary camera to the ultra-wide camera.
The Snapdragon 7s gen 3 chipset doesn't support 4K 60 FPS recording, so the max you can shoot from the main and front camera is 4K 30 FPS with quality issues like movement wble.
It's not perfect for every aspect, it has some flaws like average performance, ultra-wide lens issues and lack of better chipset which could have made it a king among mid-range phones.
