Pros and Cons

realme Narzo 50i Prime

Strengths

The phone has a relatively low price of around 90 euros, making it one of the cheapest phones available.
The display is a good size at 6.5 inches and resolution of 720 by 1600 with average brightness of about 400 nits
The battery is a decent size at 5000 milliamp hour and should last for a fairly long time despite being powered by a low-performance chip.
There's a dual sim slot along with an sd expansion slot, allowing users to expand the storage further which is really nice for any phone regardless of price range
The fingerprint sensor, NFC, and other basic features are included, making it a fully functional phone without unnecessary frills
For its price, it's not a bad deal at all, and some devices may even work worse than this but cost more

Weaknesses

The charger is not included with the purchase which can be seen as outdated considering current standards.
It doesn't have 5G support or Wi-Fi 5 GHz support
The design of the phone is very similar to other Realme models, such as the Realme C30, but costs a bit more despite being essentially the same phone in every way
It only has a single 8-megapixel camera on the back and a 5-megapixel front camera which may not be ideal for some users
The processor is not the fastest and may cause performance issues with demanding tasks or apps
Some older features, such as micro USB, are still included, which might be seen as unnecessary in modern smartphones

Samsung Galaxy F13

Strengths

Good display
Long battery life
Impressive camera performance
Ad-free UI
Great battery charging time

Weaknesses

Underwhelming peak brightness
Slow ambient light sensor
Limited performance
No stabilization in video recording
Older Exynos 850 chipset

realme Narzo 50i Prime

The Realme Narzo 50i Prime is one of the most budget-friendly options available in the market, priced around 90 euros. This phone packs a 6.5-inch display, a single 8MP camera, and a 5000mAh battery. Powered by a Unisoc Tiger T612 processor, it's available with either 3GB or 4GB of RAM, depending on your needs. I'll be reviewing this device to see if its affordability comes at the cost of performance and features.

Samsung Galaxy F13

The Samsung Galaxy F13 is a budget smartphone that competes in a crowded market with intense rivalry from other brands. Its design language is unmistakably Samsung, but the phone's plastic build and chunky size may be off-putting to some. The rear panel has a nice texture, making it easier to hold, while the front features a dewdrop notch and thick chin. The phone's 6.6-inch LCD display with full HD resolution and 60Hz refresh rate is a significant improvement over its predecessor, the F12. While the peak brightness is underwhelming, the colors and viewing angles are good. The device is powered by Samsung's Exynos 850 chipset, which may not be the strongest performer in this segment but handles occasional gaming fine. The camera setup includes a 50-megapixel primary sensor, 5-megapixel ultra-wide snapper, and 2-megapixel depth sensor. While the dynamic range is limited, photos are good enough for social media posts. The phone also features an 8-megapixel selfie camera with decent results but no autofocus. One of the standout features of the Galaxy F13 is its large 6000mAh battery, which provides easily two days of battery life even with heavy usage. While charging takes a bit over two hours, the phone's great battery life more than makes up for it. Overall, the Samsung Galaxy F13 is a solid budget smartphone with impressive battery life and an ad-free UI. Its onboard ultra-wide-angle camera is also a plus, making it a good buy for those on a tight budget.
