Pros and Cons

Samsung Galaxy Book4 360

Strengths

The display is a beast of a 16-in AMOLED touch display with an S Pen that makes this experience more immersive than both my M4 iPad Pro and 16-in MacBook Pro.
It has one of the best displays I've seen on a device so far, with a marginally better color and contrast compared to my M4 13in iPad Pro.
The screen folds past 180° making the keyboard and a sharing foundation for what has transformed now into a tablet when folding the screen pauses for a moment and then hides the bottom taskbar.
It offers a full windows experience with one of the best 16-in ml screens in the market without compromising the OS.
The ergonomics are great, with the bulk of the weight on your lap so it stays planted on your lab, and the screen is brought a few inches closer to you than what you would get on the magic keyboard.

Weaknesses

It's still pretty bad especially coming from a Macbook, especially when trying to use gestures or scroll through documents.
The i7 Ultra runs really hot which means the fan runs often and Loud, making it uncomfortable to use in daily tasks.
The battery life is subpar compared to my 16-in MacBook Pro and probably similar to my M4 iPad Pro.
The speakers are embarrassing, even when comparing them to other laptops.
It has a few flaws, including heating performance issues and the touchpad being uncomfortable to use.

Dell Pro 13

Strengths

You're getting a premium magnesium alloy
You're getting the QHD Plus display. You're getting 20 plus hours of battery life.
It's got a zero lattice keyboard, a collaboration touchpad, good ports...
The QHD Plus display is sharp, has good coverage of the color gamut and good color accuracy.
This laptop offers great battery life (20+ hours) and optional 5G modem.

Weaknesses

It's not cheap, but you're getting a premium magnesium alloy...
I would like an SD card reader. We don't get that
Yes, it is expensive at the end of the day, but I think it is worth it considering what you're looking at here.
I would like an OLED or tandem OLED option... other than that, there really is no downside to this laptop
It's a little expensive and doesn't have some features like an SD card reader
