Samsung Galaxy Chromebook 2

The Samsung Galaxy Chromebook 2 is an exercise in compromise, aiming to strike a balance between affordability and feature-rich performance. While it boasts a beautiful 13.3-inch display, its processor has been dialed back from the original, and features like the fingerprint scanner and world-facing camera have been omitted. The addition of fans and a larger battery cell improve battery life, but at what cost? With its mid-range pricing and impressive competitors in the market, does this Chromebook find the sweet spot between value and quality?

HP 17

The HP 17-inch laptop is an affordable option for those seeking a reliable device for work and leisure activities. Its 17.3-inch TN panel offers decent view angles and brightness, despite its lower resolution of 1600x900 pixels. This may not be ideal for graphics-intensive tasks, but it allows for smoother gameplay at lower resolutions. The laptop's quad-core Intel i5 CPU and integrated Iris Xe graphics provide a seamless experience for everyday tasks and light gaming. Overall, this HP laptop presents itself as a solid choice for work and entertainment purposes.
