Pros and Cons

Xiaomi Redmi K60 Pro

Strengths

The Redmi K60 Pro supports 120W wired fast charging and 30W wireless fast charging, making it one of the fastest-charging phones on the market.
It comes with a high-quality 120W GaN charger from Xiaomi that is compact in size but still manages to deliver impressive power density of 1.26W/cm³.
The phone's built-in charging solution can convert voltage and current efficiently, allowing it to fully charge within 20 minutes using the original charger.

Weaknesses

Unfortunately, the Redmi K60 Pro has poor compatibility with third-party chargers, limiting them to 20W or less. Only original accessories can achieve optimum charging speed.
The phone's charging temperature is stable at around 42°C (107.6°F), but it may not be ideal for users who prioritize extremely low temperatures during charging.
While the Redmi K60 Pro excels in charging speed, its overall design and user experience are not discussed in detail, which might make it harder to get a comprehensive understanding of the phone's capabilities.

Xiaomi Redmi K60 Pro

The Xiaomi Redmi K60 Pro is equipped with 120W wired fast charging and 30W wireless fast charging capabilities. The original charger, a 120W GaN charger from Xiaomi, has a smaller size compared to its predecessor but still features a USB-A port and supports PD protocol via a special contact. We tested the charger's performance and found that it can support input of 100-240V~50/60Hz, 3.0A. The original cable is a customized USB-A to USB-C cable with widened internal contacts to increase current to 6A. The charger also integrates two self-developed charging chips, Surge P1 inside, which divide the 20V 6A into two circuits of 20V 3A each and then buck the voltage to 5V and increase the current to 12A. In testing, we found that the original charger can charge the Redmi K60 Pro at 100W for the first four minutes before gradually dropping to around 56-63W. The phone was fully charged in 20 minutes. We also tested compatibility with other chargers, finding that only Xiaomi's own chargers and some PPS chargers could trigger high charging speeds. The temperature during charging remained stable at around 42°C (107.6°F), indicating good heat management. However, the device's compatibility is limited to original accessories for optimal charging speed. Overall, the Redmi K60 Pro's charger performed well in our tests, but its limitations should be noted.

Xiaomi Redmi K50i

The Redmi Note 11T Pro Plus is an impressive device that offers great value for money. The phone features a Dimensity City 8100 chip, which provides smooth performance and good gaming capabilities. In our tests, the phone scored around 8 lakh in n22, making it a mind-blowing score at its rumored price. The phone comes with 8GB LPDDR5 RAM and 256GB UFS 3.1 storage, features that are usually found in flagship devices. The camera setup includes a 64MP main sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide lens, and a 2MP macro camera. While the photos taken were vibrant and eye-pleasing, the edge detection could be improved. The phone also boasts a 6.6-inch 144Hz IPS LCD display, which offers good colors and viewing angles, but is not AMOLED. The display's brightness is sufficient for outdoor use, but it may struggle in low-light conditions. Other notable features include dual speakers, fast charging, and a side-mounted fingerprint scanner. However, there are some drawbacks to consider. The phone has a plastic back and frame, and the battery life is average due to its 4400mAh capacity. Additionally, the camera's stabilization could be improved, and the selfie camera does not offer 4K recording. Overall, the Redmi Note 11T Pro Plus offers great performance and features at an affordable price, making it a compelling option for budget-conscious buyers.
