Pros and Cons

HP EliteBook x360 1040 G11

Strengths

The EliteBook X360 1040 G11 has a very premium feel, tons of IO, and a great keyboard that makes it a competent partner for everyday computing needs.
The laptop comes with Intel's Meteor Lake Core i7-165h, 16GB of speedy memory, and a 1TB SSD, making it highly customizable and suitable for general productivity workflows.
The EliteBook has a sturdy and rigid construction, with a bright and almost white color that helps to keep fingerprints at bay.
The laptop's performance is snappy, with high single-core results in our PCMark tests, making it ideal for most general productivity workflows.

Weaknesses

The display options are limited, with only an FHD panel available on the review unit (there are other options available with higher color gamut coverage and brightness).
The webcam has a higher-than-average 5MP resolution but is not ideal for video conferencing.
The cooling system was not designed for prolonged heavy use, resulting in high temperatures during stress tests.
The GPU performance drops gradually during torture tests, which may be noticeable in usual use case scenarios.

HP EliteBook 640 G9

Strengths

It is very Sleek professional.
It is nice and it's although it's Hefty it's not heavy if that makes sense like you feel the weight but carrying it around for a long period shouldn't be an issue either it's about the weight of a school book so that aside.
The screen's 1080p I believe it's IPS but I'm not sure could be TN um it's not got the gloss to it so it's kind of hard for me to tell and I haven't looked up the specs but it is 1080P and it is a really nice screen that does very well.
The fact that it's not as shiny actually helps me when I'm in the bedroom and I'm typing on it it makes it easier for me to read the screen and to use it without any glares so um.
It has Iris Xe Graphics which is better than the older integrated Graphics.
Upgrading the storage from 256GB to 1TB was very easy using the same method as shown with the Asus
It's a great laptop for a student or business person and household use for normal stuff.

Weaknesses

The battery life is not as great as some other laptops.
It scratches very easily due to its aluminum material.
Fingerprints gather on the aluminum surface.
The battery life is decent but could be better with a complete power off.
Upgrading the storage requires careful handling to ensure proper sealing
It's not a gaming laptop, despite having Iris Xe Graphics.
The SC card reader is not useful for students like me and would have been better as an SD card reader.

With a powerful Intel Core Ultra processor, ample RAM, and a spacious SSD, this convertible laptop promises to deliver both style and substance. Can it live up to its promise?

HP EliteBook 640 G9

The HP EliteBook 640 G9 is a sleek and professional laptop designed for students and business professionals. With its 14-inch screen, the device offers a crisp 1080p display and decent touchpad experience. The keyboard, made of aluminum, feels sturdy and firm under the fingers. However, the battery life leaves much to be desired, with only a few hours of use on a single charge.
